Our Vision and Mission
Vision:
A thriving community that fosters a sense of belonging and collective well-being.
Mission:
The provision of facilities and services that promotes and encourages quality inclusive sport & recreation opportunities for the community.

Key Objects of Our Constitution
The Waverley Community Hub exists to make Waverley Park a great place for sport, recreation, and community activity. Its main goal is to support local sports clubs so they have strong, sustainable facilities that people enjoy using. The Hub works to create more programmes, events, and activities so there are plenty of ways for everyone to get involved.
A key focus is improving and sharing facilities so clubs, schools, and the community can access quality indoor and outdoor spaces. The Hub also partners with different sport, recreation, and education groups to help create long-lasting opportunities for participation.
It provides shared support and services so clubs can concentrate on delivering great sport and recreation experiences.
The Hub respects Te Tiriti o Waitangi and aims to develop Waverley Park in a way that reflects good partnership and care for the environment. It also works to ensure the park is welcoming and accessible for people of all abilities.
To achieve its goals, the Hub manages and develops facilities, seeks funding, and carries out activities that help strengthen Waverley Park for the future.
